Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of cinemasutra.com, the CinemaSutra Screenwriter and the CinemaSutra Studio ("the Service"), operated by CinemaSutra, India. By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to them.

The Service

CinemaSutra provides AI-assisted story development, screenwriting and script analysis tools. Output is generated by artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude models) and guided by our writing method. It may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing and using it.

Your work belongs to you

Ideas, stories and scripts you submit, and the material generated for you in your projects, belong to you. We do not claim ownership and do not publish your work. We use it only to provide the Service to you.

Accounts

Keep your password private. One account is for one person; sharing accounts may lead to suspension. You must be 18 or older, or use the Service with a guardian's permission.

Packages and pricing

• CinemaSutra is paid per script, not by subscription. Each Screenwriter project can buy a Story Room (idea to complete story) and a Screenplay package for its format (structure and the full screenplay). When the Story Room was bought first, its price is deducted from the Screenplay price. A Script Doctor analysis is bought per script.
• Each package includes a fair amount of writing time for that project. If a project needs more — for example many rewrites, or more episodes than the package covers — extra writing time or extra episodes can be added. Packages belong to the project they were bought for and do not expire.
• New accounts get a free trial (for idea to story only), valid for 7 days.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to create unlawful content, to infringe others' copyright, or to attack or overload the Service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the package concerned.

Changes

We may update these terms and prices; packages you have already bought keep the terms they were bought with. Questions: kabirdahiya309@gmail.com.
