Cancellation

Every purchase is a one-time payment for one script — nothing renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel.

Refunds

• If you have not used a package at all, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of payment.
• If a technical fault on our side prevented you from using the Service, we will restore the writing time or refund the affected amount.
• Writing time already used for AI work, and an analysis already delivered, cannot be refunded, as that work has been done.
• If money was deducted but your package did not activate, contact us with the payment ID — we will activate it or refund it in full.
